Mondays at the Jamtown Play Space!  Beginner to Intermediate classes on how to play and perform with the Doumbek/Darbuka/ Egyptian Tabla.

Learn to play several of the most popular rhythms heard in Middle Eastern & Bellydance music!
Over the course of 6 weeks we will cover the fundamentals of playing the Doumbek, learn songs, and then finally learn how to interchange these traditional rhythms with eachother to create your own beautiful music.
Class fee is $10-15 sliding scale
